Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, tổ chức và giám sát toàn bộ công tác thi công hạ tầng & Cơ điện tại các công trường, bao gồm rà soát đánh giá, bổ sung thiết kế thi công chi tiết, triển khai, giám sát thi công, chất lượng – tiến độ – ATLĐ và quản lý đội ngũ kỹ sư hiện trường, đảm bảo các hạng mục được thực hiện đúng bản vẽ – đúng tiêu chuẩn – đúng tiến độ – an toàn tuyệt đối, phù hợp mục tiêu của Công ty.MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC: <h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;">1. Quản lý & điều hành thi công</h3><ul style="font-weight: bold;"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Chủ trì quản lý danh mục, lập kế hoạch thi công chi tiết cho từng hạng mục; phân công nhiệm vụ cho kỹ thuật viên trong nhóm.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Quản lý, giám sát việc tổ chức triển khai các hoạt động thi công tại công trường, bao gồm</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Kiểm soát tiến độ thi công theo kế hoạch được phê duyệt; đề xuất điều chỉnh khi có phát sinh.</li></ul><h3 dir="ltr" style="font-weight: bold; text-align: justify;">2. Báo cáo theo quy định về tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn và tình hình công trường.
