NHIỆM VỤ</h1><ul style="font-weight: normal;"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Đàm phán và tối ưu chi phí mua hàng: Thực hiện xem xét và đàm phán giá với nhà cung cấp nhằm mục tiêu giảm giá, tối ưu hóa chi phí mua sắm hàng hóa dịch vụ, gia tăng hiệu quả, đồng thời vẫn đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng, tiến độ và các điều kiện thương mại khác phù hợp với yêu cầu của Hợp đồng.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Rà soát và kiểm soát các điều khoản của hợp đồng đầu vào: Xem xét, đánh giá và đề xuất điều chỉnh các điều khoản trong hợp đồng đầu vào nhằm đảm bảo tính rõ ràng, đầy đủ và chặt chẽ về pháp lý; tăng cường trách nhiệm của nhà cung cấp, hạn chế rủi ro phát sinh và bảo vệ lợi ích của doanh nghiệp trong quá trình thực hiện.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Giám sát và đánh giá nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ: Theo dõi, kiểm tra và đánh giá hiệu quả thực hiện của nhà cung cấp và thầu phụ, từ đó đề xuất duy trì, cải thiện hoặc thay thế nhằm xây dựng mối quan hệ hợp tác ổn định, lâu dài và hiệu quả.</li></ul><h1 dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify; font-weight: normal;">3.  QUYỀN HẠN</h1><ul style="font-weight: normal;"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được tiếp cận và khai thác thông tin, hồ sơ liên quan đến nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được quyền đề xuất, lựa chọn nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ phù hợp theo quy định công ty.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được quyền yêu cầu nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ cung cấp đầy đủ tài liệu, chứng từ, đảm bảo đúng cam kết.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được quyền từ chối xác nhận thanh toán nếu nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ không đáp ứng đủ điều kiện hợp đồng.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được quyền kiến nghị thay đổi/điều chỉnh hợp đồng khi phát sinh vấn đề.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được quyền yêu cầu các phòng ban liên quan cung cấp thông tin, phối hợp trong quá trình triển khai mua sắm/hợp đồng.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Được đề xuất lên Ban Lãnh đạo các giải pháp cải tiến về chính sách mua hàng, lựa chọn nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ.</li></ul><h1 dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;
